Todd Phillips‘ DC masterpiece is rewarded with a whopping eleven BAFTA nominations
Awards season is officially in full swing and the DC Universe is leading the charge!
After scooping two high-profile awards at the Golden Globes earlier this week, Todd Phillips‘ stellar DC Joker movie has been nominated for a whopping eleven awards at this year’s BAFTA’s. Just days ago, Joaquin Phoenix picked up the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Motion Picture while composer Hildur Guonadottir picked up the award for Best Original Score – but now, Todd Phillips can set his sights on further accolades after The British Academy of Film and Television Arts announced the nominees for the EE British Academy Film Awards in 2020.
Joker was nominated in the following categories:
- Best Film
