Star Wars Legend Alan Harris Passes Away At 81

The man behind fan-favorite bounty hunter Bossk passes away

It is a sad day in Star Wars history. Multiple outlets are reporting the news that Alan Harris, the actor that has starred in several Star Wars films, has sadly passed away. Most notably, the actor that played the Trandoshan bounty hunter Bossk in The Empire Strikes Back. Alan also played other roles in the saga, among them, a Rebel escort of Princess Leia’s in A New Hope, a Rebel trooper on Hoth and a Bespin Guard in The Empire Strikes Back.

Alan Harris Passes Away

Mr Harris was a mainstay of the convention circuit, even fighting through health issues over the past few years to attend and meet with his fans.
