MAFEX AND S.H. Figuarts Figure Releases Delayed by the Coronavirus

The coronavirus pandemic slows the release of some of MAFEX and Tamashii Nations‘ most significant new figures

UPDATED: Movie studios are not the only ones to delay their products due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Brands like MAFEX and S.H. Figuarts have also been hit and are delaying a good number of figures. Collectors already know that delays are nothing new with MAFEX, but this time it’s worse as three figures have been delayed several times and are still subject to more delays. However, with Figuarts, it’s the first time they have had to delay figures.

Here’s the new S.H. Figuarts release schedule:

Harley Quinn (Birds of Prey) – April. Rescue (Avengers Endgame), Iron Man MK-85 FINAL BATTLE (Avengers Endgame) and Captain America FINAL BATTLE (Avengers Endgame) – 25 May.

The MAFEX release schedule for delayed figures:

Cyclops on April 11th. Thor (Avengers Infinity War) and Shazam (limited release starting April 18th) – May. Batman Hush – July but expect more delays as they are already 4 figures planned for that month.
