Gal Gadot and Total Film magazine reveal the cover art from the WW84 issues
Even though the movie has been subject to multiple delays in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, anticipation is growing amongst the DC Universe and cinephiles alike for Wonder Woman 1984. The hotly anticipated sequel is now set for release this October – but that isn’t stopping star Gal Gadot from sharing her excitement for the project.
The actor took to her official Twitter account to reveal the key cover art from Total Film magazines Wonder Woman 1984 issues – and they reveal another glorious look at Diana Prince in her golden armor. Two versions of the cover have been released – the Newsstand edition, and the traditional subscriber version. The latter being a stunningly retro affair. Check them out below:
Wonder Woman 1984 looks like a stellar follow up to Patty Jenkins’ smash hit first solo outing and I cannot wait to get to grips with the adventure that awaits us. Pedro Pascal’s stint on The Mandalorian has only boosted his standing and Kristen Wiig is practically golden in anything that she applies herself to, so I expect this one to be another glorious DC blockbuster.
Wonder Woman 1984 is unleashed in multiplexes from October 2, 2020.
