Over the years, Gentle Giant has delivered some sensational Star Wars mini-busts. From Ahsoka Tano to Din Djarin, the best characters from the galaxy far, far away have been stunningly recreated. But for their latest offering, the toy giant is setting its sights on Mandalore.

Gentle Giant has unveiled the first bust from their 2021 Showcase Exclusives. It features a member of Mandalore’s Death Watch. A band of religious zealots hell-bent on retaking their homeworld and restoring the warrior ways of the past. The bust is based on his live-action appearance in The Mandalorian went he rescues Din Djarin from a legion of Separatist forces.

The Mandalorian Death Watch Mini-Bust

As a child, Din Djarin was rescued from an Imperial attack by a band of Mandalorians – members of the Death Watch. Raised in their ranks, he was taught that no one living should ever see his face, not realizing that he was part of a fanatical group within the larger Mandalorian culture. Now, the Death Watch member that saved Din Djarin is captured in a 1/6 Scale Mini-bust! Made of resin, this approximately 7-inch mini-bust features detailed sculpting and paint applications. Limited to only 2,000 pieces, it comes packaged in a full-color box with a numbered certificate of authenticity.

This glorious statue is limited to just 2,000 pieces and will set you back a hefty $120. But that is a small price to pay for a bust of the quality. Look for the bust to release in the third quarter of the year.
