Lucasfilm has unveiled a suitably cool new poster for Star Wars: The Bad Batch
We are just weeks away from the series premiere of ‘The Bad Batch’ and Lucasfilm is in a celebratory mood. The studio has today unveiled a suitably cool new theatrical poster for the series; as well as an adorable new social media emoji.
The series will release with an extended 70-minute premiere episode on May 4th (Star Wars Day), and excitement is already at a fever pitch. But the release of this awesome new poster is bound to tip us over the edge.
POSTER
The poster features Clone Force 99, a.k.a. the Bad Batch, along with the young child seen in the show’s trailer. Also depicted is imagery of ships, a fiery battle, and an ominous Palpatine hovering above. What does it all mean? We can’t wait to find out.
EMOJI
If that isn’t enough to have you reaching for your blaster rifle, check out the adorable new emoji that will accompany any post on Twitter. The emoji features Hunter’s iconic helmet and will be available to use on any tweet using the hashtag #TheBadBatch.
These new digital goodies are just what the doctor ordered. The Bad Batch looks to be another landmark series for Lucasfilm, and if the trailer is anything to go by; Star Wars fans will have a lot to celebrate come May 4th.
After the May 4th series launch, the series will continue every Friday beginning on the 6th. The series will stream exclusively on Disney plus.
