He-Man is back and better than ever in the stunning new trailer for Kevin Smith’s Masters Of The Universe Revelation
Dust off the sword f Grayskull because the first trailer for Netflix’s Masters Of The Universe Revelation has arrived. Kevin Smith’s sequel series will complete the adventures of He-Man and Skeletor from the classic 80s series. And he has called upon an all-star cast to do it. But let’s not waste any time. Let’s watch this spectacular trailer and prepare for a retro journey into the awesomeness of yesteryear.
I don’t know about you, but I am pumped for this series. It looks every bit as good as the classic series, but with a contemporary twist that is sure to dial the action to eleven. The series has been designed as a love letter to the original series and will focus on the unresolved storylines of the iconic characters, picking up where they left off decades ago.
ALL-STAR CAST
As mentioned above, the series has amassed an incredible cast. Leading the motley crew as the infamous Skeletor will be Star Wars icon Mark Hamill; who will be facing off against Chris Wood’s He-Man. Also joining the cast is Batman: The Animated Series legend Kevin Conroy as Mer-Man, Liam Cunningham as Man-At-Arms, and Sarah Michelle Gellar as Teela. Rounding off the cast is original Skeletor Alan Oppenheimer who will be returning as Moss Man.
Being an eighties brat, I loved He-Man and the Masters of the Universe and the thought of returning to Eternia and re-joining the fight against Skeletor is a dream come true. Who better than Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy to bring their considerable voice talents to the show.
Masters Of The Universe Revelation Part One will release on Netflix on July 23.
