Time. Reality. It’s changeable. Explore a world of new possibilities in the first trailer for Marvel Studios’ What If…?
The first trailer for Marvel Studios’ What If…? has arrived and asks the question if one thing changes, what kind of ripple effects would that cause? The hotly anticipated new series explores famous events from the history of the MCU. However, these events turn out very differently than the timeline we know. And the result is a multiverse of bizarre possibilities. Check out the awesome new trailer below:
Fan-favorite characters will return, including Peggy Carter, T’Challa, Doctor Strange, Killmonger, Thor, and more. The new series is directed by Bryan Andrews with AC Bradley serving as head writer. If this isn’t enough to have you reaching for Stormbreaker, the studio also released a brand new poster for the series which you can see below:

CHADWICK BOSEMAN
This series looks exceptional and should be tons of fun. However, the biggest takeaway from the trailer is the fact that this will represent the last time we will hear the iconic voice of Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa. The late Black Panther star recorded his lines for this series before his tragic death, so this will be a bittersweet farewell for our Wakandan warrior. But I’m sure the sensational look of the series will provide more than enough action and adventure to offset any somber moments.

Thankfully, we won’t have long to wait to get our first look. The series will release on Disney Plus on August 11th.
