Spider-Man: No Way Home is the best live-action Spider-Man movie and the perfect final MCU film of the year. What a ride.
I’m not a major Spider-Man fan but while watching Spider-Man: No Way Home I smiled (with the occasional bouts of legitimate crying) for basically two and a half hours straight.
When I say this movie checks all of the boxes it does so with swinging (😉) colors. But it’s not just the ultimate fan-service film. It’s also a really well-made Spider-Man movie that finds a way to be what feels like the first official origin story film for Tom Holland’s Peter Parker.

Speaking of Holland, he just knows how to make me cry. He made me weep in Infinity War, he made me cry in Endgame, and he really made me cry in No Way Home. Peter Parker is taken through the wringer in this film and Holland milks every devastating second.
Is this my favorite MCU movie? No. I don’t even think I can say it cracks the top 5. But it is a top ten installment in the franchise; the best live-action Spider-Man movie, and the perfect final MCU film of the year. What a ride.

And we thought Marvel Studios could never achieve the level of legitimate awesomeness that Endgame managed to bring to life again. Wow, wow, wow.
