The Book Of Boba Fett is just nine days away and Lucasfilm’s hype train shows no signs of slowing down. The studio has released an all-new teaser for the series which shows Boba Fett and Fennec Shand encountering their competition. They are even welcomed by a representative of the mayor of Tatooine! Who knew Tatooine even had a mayor. Check out the teaser below:

A THRILLING ADVENTURE

“The Book of Boba Fett,” a thrilling Star Wars adventure teased in a surprise end-credit sequence following the Season 2 finale of “The Mandalorian,” finds legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand navigating the galaxy’s underworld when they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate.

The series stars Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen. Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson are the executive producers. Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck serve as co-executive producers, with John Bartnicki producing and John Hampian as co-producer.

This new series looks spectacular. And any chance to enjoy more adventure with Boba Fett is most welcome. However, if the recent comments by director Robert Rodriguez are anything to go by; the legendary bounty hunter will have a fight on his hands to remain in power.  More fool the competition. I’m sure Temuera Morrison will be making plenty of room on his wall for more impromptu carbonate decorations.
