The Book Of Boba Fett Tusken Raiders

The Book Of Boba Fett Chapter 2 was quite cool in some areas and I’m now intrigued to see where this story is going to go

So Chapter 2 of The Book of Boba Fett has arrived and yes, it was better than last week’s episode. Mainly because the Tusken Raiders have seemingly stolen the show from the titular character. What Disney has managed to achieve by making Tusken Raiders so incredibly cool and likable has only provided depth to their appearances in the films. Specifically Attack of the Clones which, now when I think about how Anakin murdered them, I can’t help wincing at merely the thought.

TRIBES OF TATOOINE

Now, am I still a bit disappointed in the show so far? For sure. While I love this tribe of Raiders and their place in this story I’m not sure I’m a fan of the extensive flashback storytelling. The main reason why I was excited about this show was to see how Boba takes on the criminal underworld. And we just haven’t had enough of that. Of course, we’ve got five more episodes to give us plenty of content set in the present but, yeah there’s just something amiss right now.

But this episode was, in fact, quite cool in some areas. And at least I’m now intrigued to see where this story is going to go.

The all-new original series is streaming on Disney Plus right now.
