He’s in town with a few days to kill. The Ultimate Warrior Predator from Predator 2 is coming to NECA‘s figure collection!
Heads up Predator fans. NECA has unveiled a new Ultimate Warrior Predator from Predator 2. The figure is being re-released to coincide with the movies’ 30th Anniversary celebrations. But thankfully, it’s not a straight repack. This new “Ultimate” version boasts a brand new sculpt, better articulation, and a ton of cool accessories! So if you’re looking to upgrade your original version, you’re in luck.
The Ultimate edition comes with a ton of weapons, trophies, swap-out heads, and plasma cannon effects. And given the enhanced articulation, this version appears to be vastly superior to its predecessor. But I’ll let you be the judge. Check out the release details and image gallery below.
ULTIMATE WARRIOR PREDATOR
Continuing the Predator 2 30th Anniversary collection, NECA presents the heavy hitter of the Lost Tribe. The Ultimate Warrior Predator! The long-awaited Warrior upgrade features a new sculpt and is loaded up with accessories. Warrior stands approximately 8” tall and has over 30 points of articulation.
Accessories include: alternate unmasked head, interchangeable hands; open and closed spears; battle axe, flail, open and closed throwing discs; skull with the spine, extendable wrist blades; attachable blast effect for the shoulder cannon, and more! The display-friendly, special 30th Anniversary packaging has an opening front flap and foil accents.

As a fan of the original collection, I am delighted with this upgraded version. The major detraction from the original line was the lack of interchangeable heads. But now, thanks to this major upgrade, the Warrior Predator will be back and better than ever. And thankfully, we won’t have to wait long to add to our respective collections. The figure will release in July and will set us back a reasonable $39.99; which is a small price to pay for a figure of this quality.
