Expanded ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ Soundtrack Incoming!

Great news Star Wars fans. Michael Giacchino’s sublime score from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is getting the expanded treatment!
Walt Disney Records has announced an all-new expanded release for Michael Giacchino’s superb score from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The original 2016 version was a wonderful addition to the astral symphony of the galaxy far, far away. But at the time, many tracks, including those containing John Williams’ masterful themes were missing. But thankfully, all that is about to change.
DIGITAL EXPANDED RELEASE
Much in the same way as John Powell’s score from Solo: A Star Wars Story, Rogue One is back with an all-new digital release. The long-awaited expanded score now contains 57 tracks including Jyn Erso’s interrogation and the Imperial evacuation of Jedha. As well as several alternate cues. Check out the tracklisting below.

RELEASE
The album is available to own now from all good digital retailers retailing for around £14.99. Especially if you buy from Amazon. But this is a solid home run for the fans. Giacchino’s score was nothing short of spectacular. Especially knowing that he was only given a few weeks to produce it. And his soundtrack resonated with the spirit of the GFFA and made the movie all the more enjoyable. So, kudos Disney, you’re knocking this one out of the park!
