Get ready for a rollercoaster ride of DC action because James Gunn’s Peacemaker series has finally arrived in the UK!
UK DC fans, the wait is finally over because, at long last, James Gunn’s Peacemaker has found a home. Although the series has already been, gone, and been renewed for a second season in the United States; UK fans are still waiting to get their first look. But now, thankfully, the series is coming to Sky and NOW TV on March 22.
JOHN CENA
The series follows John Cena’s sleazy gun for hire from James Gunn’s 2021 flick The Suicide Squad. Although it seemed Peacemaker was gunned down by Idris Elba’s Bloodsport in the movie’s final act, the after-credits sequence revealed he survived the ordeal and was looking to make amends. The series picks up these loose plot threads and sends Peacemaker off on an all-new adventure.
THE TRAILER
Peacemaker is written and produced by James Gunn and stars John Cena, Steve Agee, Danielle Brooks; Robert Patrick, Jennifer Holland; Chris Conrad, Chukwudi Iwuji, Lochlyn Munro, Annie Chang, and Christopher Heyerdahl.
The series will arrive in its entirety on Sky and NOW TV on March 22.
