Obi-Wan Kenobi feels the Force of the Dark Side with Darth Vader’s character poster. Plus Tala and NED-B plant the seed of rebellion…
After three sensational episodes, Star Wars fans are eating extremely well with Deborah Chow’s Obi-Wan Kenobi. The limited series has delivered many jaw-dropping moments so far. And most recently, Darth Vader himself returned in all his lethal glory to unleash the fury of the Sith on his former mentor. All this after just three episodes.
As is always the case, the series has been rewarded with a string of glorious character posters. And so far, the archive has been breathtaking. Ben Kenobi, The Grand Inquisitor; Reva, The Fifth Brother, Haja Estree, and Princess Leia Organa have all featured on a glossy one-sheet. But this week’s new release delivers a taste of the Dark Side because Darth Vader has arrived…
DARK LORD OF THE SITH
The franchise icon has been a welcome addition to the limited series. Played spectacularly by Hayden Christensen and featuring the iconic vocals of James Earl Jones, the Dark Lord of the Sith has proven to be one of the standouts of the series so far. His vengeful taunts as he wields his lightsaber are there for all to see, and it has been a joy to watch the legendary villain embrace the full power of the dark side. With lethal consequences!
But the poster drop doesn’t end there because Lucasfilm had two more in the cargo hold. Tala, the budding rebel responsible for ushering fugitive Jedi Knights away from the grip of the Empire has joined the party alongside her faithful loading droid NED-B. Check out their character posters below.
These posters are spectacular and leave us with a sense of what awaits us in the coming weeks. But who will feature on next week’s poster? Check back and explore the latest addition to the archive as soon as it hit the wires.
