I am so excited to see Ms. Marvel’s epic return in The Marvels and to see how she ushers in a new era for Marvel Studios
Next to Loki Ms. Marvel has been the most solid Disney+ MCU show. And I’m glad to see the finale lived up to that conclusion. Today’s finale of the critically-acclaimed series was a fast-paced typical Marvel showdown with a full heaping of Ms. Marvel’s awesomeness. There was so much we got to see take place in this series finale.
Kamala’s gorgeous suit was perfectly integrated into the show. The story of how she gets her name is actually kind of perfect. And yes, there are those exciting spoilers that honestly do change the game for the MCU. Particularly, one of them. Besides all of the exciting connections and empowering moments, this show excelled because it never strayed from Kamala’s heartwarming connection with her family and friends. We don’t often see stories in the MCU that are so centered around family. And for Kamala, because she is very much just a normal teenage girl, this aspect helped her on her journey.

I know for a fact I will look back on this show several years from now with appreciative joy. The storylines and little threads this show has created will undoubtedly expand into her forthcoming story. And that alone is exciting. Once again, I have to commend Sarah Halley Finn and Kevin Feige’s team for their constant impeccable casting. Iman Vellani brought such a deeply likable and personable approach to this character that you can’t help but root for her. I am so excited to see her epic return in The Marvels and to see how she ushers in a new era for the MCU.
Now, it’s on to She-Hulk and if it is anywhere as good as this show it will be fantastic.
