Marvel Studios | She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel and Moon Night Announced

I’m hoping next week’s episode will be a little more fun and funnier because I really like She-Hulk and I want her show to be just as awesome as she is.

When She-Hulk: Attorney at Law premiered last week I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the first episode. It was quickly paced but funny, and fresh, and it gave me so much joy. I never quite got that feeling while watching this incredibly fast-paced second episode that felt like a bite-sized chapter that desperately needed to be longer.

This show is being billed as a comedy. But the jokes in this episode fell flat, unfortunately. It was nice seeing Emil Blonsky/Abomination make his third MCU appearance after Shang-Chi but I haven’t watched The Incredible Hulk enough to really care or get excited about his character.

POST-CREDITS

The best thing about this episode was the post-credit scene. It managed to put a genuine smile on my face. But unfortunately, this episode didn’t offer much to me, the viewer. I understand that this show is supposed to have 25-30 minute-long episodes. But this felt like it was terribly condensed and not in a good way. It makes me almost want to let the series conclude so that I can binge-watch all of the episodes at once. That’s how frustrating the episode’s runtime is.

I’m hoping next week’s episode will be a little more fun and funnier because I really like She-Hulk and I want her show to be just as awesome as she is.
