Get ready to explore the life of iconic musician Lydia Tár in Universal Pictures’ new movie starring Cate Blanchett
Universal Pictures has dropped a powerful new trailer for Cate Blanchett‘s TÁR. The psychological drama film explores the life of the iconic musician Lydia Tár and examines the changing nature of power, its impact, and its durability in our modern world. The movie is helmed by acclaimed writer/director Todd Field and will premiere at Venice Film Festival next week before heading to UK cinemas on January 20th.
The film looks spectacular and is a shoo-in to shoot straight to the top of our winter watchlist. Which will be the perfect tonic for those post-Christmas blues. But don’t take my word for it. Check out the trailer below.
