“The latest episode of The Rings Of Power validated its title bearing the name The Lord of the Rings because this was some of the most magical Middle-Earth content I’ve seen in a long time.”
For the past three weeks, The Rings of Power has been slowly setting up a story that would be able to stand on its own alongside the epic trilogy that began this journey: The Lord of the Rings trilogy. This episode just validated its title bearing the name The Lord of the Rings because this was some of the most magical Middle-Earth content I’ve seen in a long time.
There were times, in other episodes, when the fancy dialogue felt forced or some characters weren’t as likable as they could be. But this episode was perfect. Every scene was riveting, I latched onto every bit of dialogue, and, of course, the show is literally stunning.
I cannot express to you in one post just how much this episode meant to me as a lifelong fan of The Lord of the Rings but I can say this. The first half of the season was good but the second half has a very realistic chance to be great.
The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power is streaming on Prime Video now!
