
Feast your eyes on the devilishly good pandora’s box of content coming to the Premium Horror Streamer SHUDDER this November
With the season of the witch already in full swing, Shudder is busy planning its post-Halloween box of treats. The premium horror streamer has been entertaining us with its treasure trove of Halloween content throughout October. But with November just around the corner, the streamer has cemented next month’s slate intending to keep the horror lovers among us hiding behind the sofa! And if you were hoping for a really good scare, you’re in for a real trick or treat!
NEW RELEASES
Aside from the chilling original movie Mandrake, the streamer is packing out the new content section with Satan’s Slaves: Communion, a sequel to the Shudder Original Satan’s Slaves, Blood Relatives, a chilling new Vampire flick, and The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula: Titans. The latter of which brings together some of the most popular drag icons from the show’s previous seasons. But don’t take my word for it. Grab the arm of your chair; move to the edge of your seat, and grab the cushions because Shudder’s November watchlist will chill you to the bone!
The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula: Titans – A Shudder Original Series
The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula: Titans brings together some of the most popular drag icons from the show’s previous seasons competing in a grand championship of drag artistry and shocking physical challenges for a one hundred-thousand-dollar grand prize, the headlining spot on the upcoming world tour, and the first ever “Dragula Titans” crown and title. Guest Judges include Cassandra Peterson (Elvira), Harvey Guillen, Justin Simien, David Dastmalchian, Poppy, Alaska, Katya, Joe Bob Briggs, Bonnie Aarons, Barbara Crampton, and more. Satan’s Slaves: Communion – A Shudder Original
The terrifying sequel to the Shudder OriginalSatan’s Slavesfrom acclaimed writer-director Joko Anwar (Impetigore).Satan’s Slaves: Communionfollows a family living in a rundown apartment after escaping terror from an evil cult and their undead mother, unaware that their new home is a bigger threat to their lives. Returning cast members to the franchise include Tara Basro, Bront Palarae, Endy Arfian, Nasar Anuz, Egi Fedly and Ayu Laksmi. This is the first Indonesian film shot with IMAX technology. Premieres Friday 4 November.
Mandrake – A Shudder Original
Mandrake follows probation officer Cathy Madden (Deirdre Mullins), who is given the task of rehabilitating notorious killer ‘Bloody’ Mary Laidlaw (Derbhle Crotty) back into society after twenty years of jail. Cathy has always believed that every client deserves a shot at redemption, but her beliefs are firmly tested when two children disappear near Mary’s farm. Also starring Paul Kennedy. Directed by Lynne. Premieres Thursday 10 November.
Slash/Back – A Shudder Exclusive
The sleepy village of Pangnirtung wakes up to a typical summer day. No school, no cool boys (well… except one), and 24-hour sunlight. But for Maika and her ragtag friends, the usual summer is suddenly not in the cards when they discover an alien invasion threatening their hometown. These teenagers have been underestimated their whole lives but, using makeshift weapons and their horror movie knowledge, they show the aliens you don’t f*** with the girls from Pang. Starring Tasiana Shirley, Alexis Vincent-Wolfe, Nalajoss Ellsworth, and Chelsea Prusky. Directed by Nyla Innuksuk. Premieres Friday 13 November.

Blood Relatives – A Streamer Original
Francis, a 115-year-old Yiddish vampire, still looks 35. He’s been roaming American backroads in his beat-up muscle car for decades, keeping to himself, and liking it that way. One day, Jane, a teenager, shows up. She says she’s his daughter, and she’s got the fangs to prove it. They go on the road, deciding whether to sink their teeth into family life. Written and directed by Noah Segan, who stars with Victoria Moroles. Premieres Tuesday 22 November.

Spring
Evan (Lou Taylor Pucci, Evil Dead, Thumbsucker) is a young American fleeing to Europe to escape his past. While backpacking along the Italian coast, everything changes during a stop at an idyllic Italian village, where he meets and instantly connects with the enchanting and mysterious Louise (Nadia Hilker). A flirtatious romance begins to bloom between the two; however, Evan soon realizes that Louise has been harboring a monstrous, primordial secret that puts both their relationship and their lives in jeopardy. From directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead (The Endless, Resolution). Streaming 1 November.
John Carpenter’s Assault on Precinct 13
A policeman must defend his precinct against a siege by sadistic criminals in John Carpenter’s ultra-violent second feature. Austin Stoker (Abby) stars as Lt. Bishop, who faces the work day from hell when a vicious gang decides to mount an attack during the police station’s final hours. Unable to fend off the gang on his own, Bishop enlists the help of his dangerous prisoners, including a death row inmate. Streaming 1 November.
Bloody Muscle Body Builder in Hell
known as “The Japanese Evil Dead,” this legendary, sought-after independent Japanese cult film will enjoy its first ever North American release in any format and features new bonus content. Trapped inside a haunted house, a body builder must survive a blood-soaked night of insanity to save himself and his friends from a demonic ghost that is hell-bent on revenge. Streaming November 7th.
The Last Broadcast
On December 15, 1995, a four-man team from the cable-access program Fact or Fiction braved the desolate New Jersey Pine Barrens determined to deliver a live broadcast of the legendary monster The Jersey Devil. Only one came out alive. It took the jury 90 minutes to sentence the lone survivor to life in prison. One year later, filmmaker David Leigh decided to mount his own investigation. Convinced that the man convicted of these terrible crimes was innocent Leigh proposes the murders were committed by someone — or something — else. Could The Jersey Devil still haunt the barrens? Streaming November 14th.
Lady Vengeance
After being wrongfully convicted of kidnapping and murdering a young child, a beautiful young woman (Lee Young-ae) is imprisoned for 13 years and forced to give up her own daughter. While in prison she gains the respect and loyalty of her fellow cellmates, all the while plotting her vendetta on the man responsible (Choi Min-Sik). Upon her release she sets in motion an elaborate plan of retribution, but what she discovers is a truth so horrifying, even revenge doesn’t seem punishment enough. Directed by Park Chan-Wook (Oldboy). Streaming November 14th.
The Sinners
When a clique of seven students at a popular Catholic high school, led by the daughter of a local pastor, form a secret cult where each of them embody one of the deadly seven sins, their scandalous behaviour catches the attention of the community. Soon someone in their Evangelical Christian town wants to teach them a lesson. Streaming November 18th.
Sweetie, You Won’t Believe It
What begins as a fishing trip with the boys quickly spirals out of control when they witness a mob hit in the forest, and that’s just the beginning of this insane, violent, hilarious misadventure from Kazakhstan. Streaming November 21st.
Hyena
A corrupt London cop (Peter Ferdinando) tries to shut down an Albanian crime ring before his own illegal activities are discovered. Streaming November 21st.
Black Circle
The lives of two sisters change dramatically, when they become hypnotised by a mystical vinyl record from the 1970s in this mind-bending take on sci-fi horror from director Adrian Garcia Bogliano (Here Comes the Devil). Streaming November 21st.
The Witch
A student with amnesia, tries to recall what has happened to her — leading her into a chilling descent and revealing an unimaginable darkness, as she turns from an innocent teenage girl in to a cold blooded, knife wielding super killer. Streaming November 22nd.
Centigrade
A married couple find themselves trapped in their frozen vehicle after a blizzard and struggle to survive amid plunging temperatures and unforeseen obstacles. At -40 degrees your lungs freeze and time is running out! Streaming November 30th.
