The latest character poster from Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 2 brings the search for fortune and glory to the GFFA. Phee Genoa is here!
The second season of Star Wars: The Bad Batch is well underway on Disney+. And so far the series has been a high-octane rollercoaster ride of Star Wars awesomeness. Ordinarily, new episodes alone would be enough to appease our insatiable appetite. But thankfully, Lucasfilm is upping the ante with another batch of glorious character posters for us to feast upon. So far, Hunter, Tech, Wrecker, Echo, Crosshair, Omega, Cid, Commander Cody, and TAY-O have been rewarded with their own individual posters. But this week, the search for fortune and glory brings us face-to-face with Phee Genoa – the mysterious treasure hunter!
Lucasfilm loves paying tribute to the works of George Lucas and Steven Spielberg, so it comes as no surprise that The Bad Batch has its version of Indiana Jones. And Phee Genoa is definitely cut from the same cloth. After Omega stumbles upon an ancient treasure map, Phee whisks her and her brothers away on an adventure that takes them to the edge of the galaxy. And as is always the case, the adventure is fraught with danger.
But thankfully, Clone Force 99 is on hand to prevent a catastrophe when an ancient doomsday machine awakens and begins to obliterate everything in sight. Whether or not Phee can be trusted remains to be seen. But with doubts already being cast over Cid’s loyalty, The Batch will need all the allies they can muster.
