We are just hours away from another new episode of The Mandalorian and the hype train has officially left the space station. Today, Lucasfilm has shared another duo of new character posters from the new season. And as expected, they walk the way of the Mandalore. Trading in their Imperial uniforms for the colors of the New Republic Amnesty Program is Dr. Penn Pershing and Elia Kane. The duo made their grand return to the MandoVerse last week amongst the skyscrapers of Coruscant’s ecumenopolis. But their efforts to reform their lives and rejoin the New Republic hit a roadblock when Dr. Pershing decided to renew his cloning research. A decision that cost him dearly. Especially when he was betrayed by Elia Kane whose intentions are far more mysterious. But don’t take my word for it. Check out the glorious key art posters below.

Of course, Elia Kane and Dr. Pershing are just a few of the larger-than-life characters that will carry this new season forward. But it is most refreshing to see the secondary characters from the show being pushed to the forefront. Traditionally these posters drop within hours of the latest episode launching on Disney Plus. And this week’s new releases are no different. So we are already eating well with season three and long may the feast continue.
But who will be joining these characters on a glossy poster in the coming weeks? Will Boba Fett make another sensational return? Could Ahsoka Tano be about to make another appearance? Or will Jon Favreau blow us all away and give us our first look at Natasha Liu Bordizzo’s Sabine Wren? All will be revealed when the new season of The Mandalorian continues on March 22nd.
