Experience the magic of Peru in the new featurette for Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts. The seventh film in the franchise, based on the toy line from Hasbro, will be hitting screens on June 9th. As we countdown to the new movie, Paramount Pictures has lifted the veil on making magic on Machu Picchu. The shooting location has never been filmed on before, making the Robots In Disguise movie the first time the 15th-century Inca citadel has been featured. The featurette shows the beauty of the location, and a sense of grandeur cannot help but be felt.
Machu Picchu looks amazing and will be even more awesome when it appears on the silver screen. Filming of the new sequel also took place in Cusco, Tarapoto, San MartÃn, Los Angeles, Montreal, and Brooklyn. Once again, the film will be a global affair that should make for an amazing spectacle. With the tease of Optimus Prime and Optimus Primal standing side-by-side, calling for their respective friends to ‘Roll out’, the level of excitement for fans of the entire franchise is reaching a crescendo. THE PREMISE
Set in 1994 Brooklyn, Noah, an ex-military electronics expert, and Elena, an artifact researcher, are swept up in a three-way conflict between the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons as they aid Optimus Prime and the Autobots in a war to protect Earth from Unicron’s arrival.
THE CAST
Peter Cullen, Pete Davidson, Liza Koshy, Cristo Fernández, and John DiMaggio voice the Autobots. Ron Perlman, Michelle Yeoh, David Sobolov, and Tongayi Chirisa are on vocal duties for the Maximals. While Peter Dinklage, David Sobolov, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, and John DiMaggio voice the Terrorcons while Colman Domingo will voice the dreaded Unicron.
The human cast comprises Anthony Ramos as Noah Diaz, Dominique Fishback, Luna Lauren Vélez, Tobe Nwigwe, Dean Scott Vazquez, and Michael Kelly. Steven Caple Jr. directs from a screenplay by Joby Harold, Darnell Metayer, Josh Peters, Erich Hoeber & Jon Hoeber. Joby Harold also contributes the story of the movie. Producers are Lorenzo di Bonaventura, Tom DeSanto, Don Murphy, Michael Bay, Mark Vahradian, and Duncan Henderson. The executive producers are Steven Spielberg, Brian Goldner, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, Brian Oliver, Bradley J. Fischer, and Valerii An.
