The film opened today in the United Kingdom and opens on Wednesday in the United States. Tom Cruise once again appears as Ethan Hunt in what has been described as the finale for the character. However, Cruise has stated over the past few days that he hopes to continue playing the character for years to come.

SYNOPSIS
