The sequel to the hit original movie is arriving 23 years later. Are you prepared for the release of Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget?
Twenty-three years after the original movie opened, this December sees the release of Chicken Run: Dawn Of The Nugget. The film will be premiered at the 67th London Film Festival and will be released on Netflix on December 15th. Zachary Levi replaces Mel Gibson as Rocky Rhodes, Thandiwe Newton replaces Julia Sawalha as Ginger, Romesh Ranganathan takes over as Nick, replacing Timothy Spall, Daniel Mays as Fetcher replaces Phil Daniels, and David Bradley as Fowler replaces Benjamin Whitrow.
Returning vocal cast members include Jane Horrocks as Babs, Imelda Staunton as Bunty, Miranda Richardson as Mrs. Tweedy, and Lynn Ferguson as Mac. While Bella Ramsey stars as Molly, the daughter of Ginger and Rocky. The first trailer for the film has been released today. Let’s see if it looks fun or fowl:
