New York is facing a frozen winter of ghostly apparitions in the new and extended International teaser trailer for Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire
Just hours after we were treated to the ghoulish new trailer, Sony Pictures via Ghostbusters News has released the new International trailer for GHOSTBUSTERS: FROZEN EMPIRE. And if you were hoping for more spooky antics with Peter, Ray, and Winston, you’re in for a treat. That’s not all, even Slimer is back for this newest outing. And by the looks of this new trailer, they’re going to need all the help they can get.
For this adventure, Ecto-1 has been given a winter spruce just in time to face off against the chilling new villain Garakka. The all-new winter specter is on hand to add some much-needed menace to proceedings. But with the original Ghostbusters back in the saddle, Phoebe Spengler is ready to take on anything! But before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s check out the juicy new footage before the containment unit is breached again!
WHO YA GONNA CALL?
Yes, New York City is facing a winter of supernatural discontent. Only the legendary Ghostbusters or their young recruits can save the day. But can Phoebe Spengler and her new breed of proton pack-wielding exterminators come together as a functional unit? Or will this winter of supernatural discontent plunge the world into eternal darkness? We’ll all find out when the movie hits our screens on March 22, 2024.

THE SUPERSTARS OF THE SUPERNATURAL ARE BACK!
The long-awaited sequel will be the fourth outing for the original superstars of the supernatural. The movie will see the return of Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Annie Potts, Finn Wolfhard, McKenna Grace, Carrie Coon, Paul Rudd, Logan Kim, and Celeste O’Connor who all reprise their respective roles. Joining the cast for this outing are Kumail Nanjiani, Patton Oswalt, James Acaster, and Emily Alyn Lind. And finally, returning to the role of Walter Peck for the first time since the original Ghostbusters is screen legend William Atherton.
