It’s Superbowl weekend! Who are you cheering for in the big game? As normal, movie companies are putting together their packages for their spots during the commercials. We can expect a fair few new looks at some of this summer’s biggest movies. Paramount Pictures has decided to go early by releasing the big game tease for A Quiet Place: Day One. The film is a prequel to the first two movies in the franchise, with a third part planned for next year. The prequel stars Lupita Nyong’o, Joseph Quinn, and the returning Djimon Hounsou as the Man on the Island. The movie will be in cinemas on June 28th. Let’s see what we can expect.
The movie is written and directed by Michael Sarnoski, based on an original story by John Krasinski. Krasinski also serves as a producer alongside Michael Bay, Andrew Form, and Brad Fuller. The film is a co-production between Paramount Pictures, Sunday Night Productions, and Platinum Dunes.
