The speculation is finally over! It is almost Clobberin’ time! After what seems like an absolute eternity, the casting for the main roles in Marvel’s upcoming The Fantastic Four movie has been confirmed. After an unintentional reveal last week that Pedro Pascal would be playing Mr Fantastic (Reed Richards), the rumors continued about who would be playing Susan Storm (Invisible Woman), Johnny Storm (The Human Torch), and Ben Grimm (The Thing) kept swirling around the internet. Take a look at the cast below.

THE CAST
PEDRO PASCAL IS REED RICHARDS (MR FANTASTIC)

VANESSA KIRBY IS SUE STORM (INVISIBLE WOMAN)

JOSEPH QUINN IS JOHNNY STORM (THE HUMAN TORCH)

EBON MOSS-BACHRACH IS BEN GRIMM (THE THING)

THOUGHTS
We have heard the names banded about. And to be honest, we’ve all heard the names mentioned in connection with the characters for a few weeks. But it is terrific for the rumors to finally stop and the casting to be confirmed in concrete. To be honest, I think they’ve cast the right people as the Fantastic Four. Each of them will bring something unique to their roles. More importantly, the casting lends to the possibility that the film won’t be an origin story, instead launching the characters in the MCU already established. At the very worst, we won’t get a repeat of the 2015 travesty of a film.

Marvel’s The Fantastic Four arrives in theaters July 25, 2025.
What do you make of the casting? Are you happy? If not, who would you rather see in the role(s)? Head down to the comments section to let us know. We look forward to hearing from you.
