300 years after the War For The Planet Of The Apes, a new hero appears in Kingdom Of The Planet Of The Apes. In cinemas on May 10th.
Apes together strong. Although Caeser is long dead in the franchise (I cried!), that doesn’t stop the apes from causing more mayhem. This time, it isn’t only against humans but against themselves too. Hitting screens on May 10th, we will take our first look at the Kingdom Of The Planet Of The Apes. The new film is set almost 300 years after the events of the previous movie, War For The Planet Of The Apes. A new ape hero, named Noa is the new main character we will follow during the film. Owen Teague plays Noa while Kevin Durand plays Proximus Caesar, the new big bad of this opening chapter of the new proposed trilogy.

The supporting cast comprises Freya Allan, Peter Macon, Travis Jeffery, Lydia Peckham, Neil Sandilands, and William H. Macy. Wes Ball takes over the director’s chair from Matt Reeves. He helms the film from a screenplay by Josh Friedman, Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver, and Patrick Aison. It is based on characters by Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver with the premise suggested by Planet of the Apes by Pierre Boulle. A new teaser for the film has been released.
