Game of Thrones star Ralph Ineson will star as Galactus the Destroyer in Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four.
With Marvel’s The Fantastic Four moving along the assembly line at pace, the final cast announcements are coming thick and fast. The confirmed cast is Pedro Pascal, who will play Reed Richards, also known as Mr. Fantastic. Vanessa Kirby will take on the role of Sue Storm, also known as The Invisible Woman. Joseph Quinn will play Johnny Storm, also known as The Human Torch. Ebon Moss-Bachrach will star as Ben Grimm. Most recently, Julia Garner joined the cast as the Shalla-Bal version of the Silver Surfer. However, the studio has gone one better by casting Ralph Ineson as Galactus, The Devourer of Worlds.
It has been known that the villain in the upcoming Marvel film will be Galactus. Galactus is the most notorious foe of Marvel’s first family after Doctor Doom. Previously, Javier Bardem was expected to play the role, but now the studio has confirmed that the Game of Thrones star will play the villain.

RALPH INESON
In addition to his roles in Game of Thrones, Willow, and The First Omen, Ralph Ineson has been an essential figure in the theatre industry for many years. His distinctive voice has been utilized across various mediums, which has convinced Marvel to sign him on. In a bizarre twist, this isn’t the actor’s first foray into the MCU. He recently played a Ravager in Guardians of the Galaxy. However, his casting as Galactus is a significant step up from his small role as a member of Yondu’s crew.
Additionally, it has been reported that Hollywood legend John Malkovich has joined the cast. As of now, the details about his role are being kept secret and are exclusive to those working behind the scenes. However, when an actor of his stature is added to the cast, it suggests that the role is genuinely substantial.

Either way, Marvel’s latest juggernaut is shaping up well. It’s no wonder it is expected to be one of the biggest jewels in the studios’ crown.
