In the Captain America: Brave New World trailer, we see Sam Wilson gearing up to confront the formidable Red Hulk, portrayed by Harrison Ford.
With Deadpool & Wolverine now just days away, Marvel is already lining up its slate for 2025. Today, the studio released the highly anticipated first trailer for Captain America: Brave New World, and it doesn’t disappoint. In the trailer, Sam Wilson, the successor to Steve Rogers, visits the White House at the request of the newly elected President Ross. We all remember Ross, right? He’s Betty’s father, arch-nemesis of the Hulk, and the driving force behind the Sokovia Accords. In this particular adventure, Ross is portrayed by the iconic Harrison Ford, stepping in for the dearly departed William Hurt.

PRESIDENT FORD!
In an unexpected turn of events, Ross devises a plan to reintegrate Captain America into the government’s ranks. However, tensions arise when Captain America’s close ally, Isaiah Bradley (portrayed by Carl Lumbly), makes a daring attempt on Ross’s life. This dramatic turn of events leads to a dramatic confrontation between the two. However, matters escalated further with the sudden appearance of Red Hulk, a beloved character among Marvel fans. It’s worth noting that Red Hulk is Thaddeus ‘Thunderbolt’ Ross’s alternate persona and has no love for Sam Wilson.
But before we suit up and prepare for battle, check out the action-packed trailer below.

NEW POSTER
Typically, releasing a new trailer would be enough to get us excited for another thrilling Marvel adventure. However, the studio has taken it a step further by unveiling the first poster for the film. Honoring the tradition of the Steve Rogers films, the poster features Captain America’s shield being clutched by the colossal hand of the Red Hulk. Take a first look below.

RELEASE
I am excited to see Captain America back in action, especially with Danny Ramirez taking on the role of the new Falcon. And I can’t help but mention how amazing it is to have Giancarlo Esposito joining the Marvel family. His mysterious character seems like it will bring some intense action, and that’s something to look forward to. But the fight between RED HULK and Captain America will be printing money for Marvel Studios, and we are 100% here for it. The film is directed by Julius Onah, who previously directed The Cloverfield Paradox.
Captain America: Brave New World hits theaters on February 14th, 2025.
