Nothing came to pass after all the frantic worrying. But suppose, just suppose, that it actually did happen? That’s the premise for the upcoming disaster comedy Y2K from A24.

Also featuring Daniel Zolghadri. Lachlan Watson. Eduardo Franco. Kyle Mooney. Mason Gooding. The Kid Laroi. Miles Robbins. Tim Heidecker. Lauren Balone. Kevin Mangold. With Alicia Silverstone and Fred Durst as himself, the film looks to be something that we can all sit back and enjoy as a pre-Christmas treat. Allow us to entice you with the official trailer for the film which has been released today.

PREMISE

The film depicts the projected event of Y2K actually happening while two loser friends crash a high school party in 1999. On the last night of 1999, two high school juniors crash a New Year’s Eve party, only to find themselves fighting for their lives in this dial-up disaster comedy.
