Get your running shoes on; Sonic is back! The first trailer for the upcoming sequel Sonic The Hedgehog 3 has sprinted in. Blue Justice will be striking back this Christmas, all ready to celebrate the holiday season in typical style. After the fun of the second movie, hopes are high that the film can once again hit the heights of family entertainment. Ben Schwartz, Colleen O’Shaughnessey, and Idris Elba return to voice Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, respectively. Jim Carrey, Natasha Rothwell, Shemar Moore, James Marsden, and Tika Sumpter are also returning. New additions to the franchise include Krysten Ritter and Keanu Reeves, voicing Shadow The Hedgehog.
The return of most of the original cast after the Paramount+ series Knuckles sets the stage for another thrilling adventure. The movie’s marketing campaign has kicked off with images being projected onto landmarks worldwide. It’s time to limber up and get ready for our first glimpse of the new film!
PREMISE
Sonic the Hedgehog returns to the big screen this holiday season in his most thrilling adventure yet. Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails reunite against a powerful new adversary, Shadow, a mysterious villain with powers unlike anything they have faced before. With their abilities outmatched in every way, Team Sonic must seek out an unlikely alliance in hopes of stopping Shadow and protecting the planet.
