Check out the new image of Hellboy and his iconic pistol in the highly anticipated fourth installment, Hellboy: The Crooked Man. Jack Kesy stars as Big Red!
Just a heads-up! There’s a new glimpse of Jack Kesy in HELLBOY: THE CROOKED MAN. The highly anticipated fourth installment in the Hellboy series is hitting UK cinemas on September 27. Icon Film Distribution has just dropped a fresh look at Big Red, showing off his iconic pistol. In the new adventure, Hellboy deals with a group of witches led by the notorious Crooked Man. Armed with his powerful weapon, he’s all set to take down anything that comes his way, so those witches better be prepared for some serious action. Check out the new image (via Total Film) below.

The movie seems really well-made, but do you think people are ready for another reboot of the character? Kesy has a tough job trying to win over the fans, mainly since Ron Perlman and David Harbour previously played the role. Many fans have expressed disappointment that Guillermo del Toro and Perlman didn’t get to finish their trilogy. As a result, David Harbour’s version of the character didn’t get great reviews from critics and fans. However, with Mignola at the film’s helm, even die-hard fans may soon be treated to an exciting and well-crafted adventure.
Recently, the studio dropped a new poster for the movie. The one-sheet follows the franchise’s traditions and shows Hellboy encountering the chilling Crooked Man. Check it out below.

SYNOPSIS
In Hellboy: The Crooked Man, Big Red and a rookie BRPD agent (Adeline Rudolph) become stranded in 1950s rural Appalachia, only to discover a small community haunted by witches, led by the Crooked Man.
THE HAUNTING TRAILER
The recently revealed poster arrives hot on the heels of the latest trailer, which gave us a bone-chilling glimpse into the eerie new realm that awaits us. While previous Hellboy films hinted at malevolent otherworldly beings encroaching upon our reality, they somewhat held back from fully showcasing the horrifying acts they commit. In the latest trailer, a spine-chilling scene unfolds as mysterious creatures slither into the mouths of unsuspecting individuals. At the same time, a haunting moment shows a woman being overtaken by a snake-like entity. Despite Hellboy’s decisive intervention, the fleeting glimpse of the unsettling events sets the stage for a foreboding and gripping adventure that awaits moviegoers.

CAST
In the film, Jefferson White from Yellowstone plays Tom Ferrel. Leah McNamara stars as Effie Kolb, Joseph Marcell as Reverend Watts, and Hannah Margetson as Cora Fisher. Martin Bassindale rounds out the cast as the Crooked Man. Brian Taylor, known for his work on “Mom and Dad,” “Gamer,” and “Crank,” directs the movie. Mike Mignola and Christopher Golden write the script.

RELEASE
As mentioned, the studio has finally confirmed the release date for the fourth installment in the beloved Hellboy franchise. Fans of Hellboy can rejoice—they only have to wait one more month to experience the highly anticipated film, which is set to hit the big screen on September 27th. The question remains—is the world prepared for another Hellboy reboot? Only time will tell.
