THE UK TOP TEN
The chart sees two new entries and two re-entries into the positions. This means there is no longer any room for Marching Powder, In The Lost Lands, The Monkey, or Nosferatu in the top ten. But what has replaced them, and where have they entered? Time to dive into a magical land and find out.

A MINECRAFT MOVIE MAKES IT FOUR WEEKS AT THE TOP!
Refusing to move for a fourth straight week, A Minecraft Movie again dominates the chart, holding firm at the top of the chart tree.

SINNERS MOVES UP TO TAKE A BITE OUT OF NUMBER TWO!
The Ryan Coogler horror flick Sinners takes a bite out of the Number 2 position by moving up a place.

BRIDGET JONES IS MAD FOR LOSING HER PLACE!
After holding firm at Number two for the past few weeks, Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy finally lets go and drops to Number 3.

THE AMATEUR SHOOTS INTO THE TOP TEN!
This week’s highest new entry comes in the form of The Amateur at Number 4. The action film is directed by James Hawes and written by Ken Nolan and Gary Spinelli. It stars Rami Malek (who also produced), Rachel Brosnahan, Caitríona Balfe, Michael Stuhlbarg, Holt McCallany, Julianne Nicholson, and Laurence Fishburne.

WICKED TAKES A BROOM FLIGHT BACK A SPOT!
The movie adaptation of Wicked takes a broom flight back this week as it drops to Number 5.

THE CHART ENTERS THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN!
Our second new entry this week comes from Kingdom Of Heaven at Number 6. The 2005 film from director Ridley Scott stars Orlando Bloom, Eva Green, Jeremy Irons, David Thewlis, Brendan Gleeson, Marton Csokas, and Liam Neeson. The film is a heavily fictionalised portrayal of the events leading to the Third Crusade, focusing mainly on Balian of Ibelin who fights to defend the Crusader Kingdom of Jerusalem from the Ayyubid Sultan Saladin.

GLADIATOR II CONTINUES TO BATTLE IN THE CHART ARENA!
Ridley Scott gets another epic place in the chart this week as the sequel Gladiator II battles its way up to Number 7.

28 DAYS LATER RETURNS TO THE CHART!
With the release of the third film in the franchise, 28 Years Later, due in cinemas this week, the original horror film 28 Days Later makes a rage-filled return to the chart at Number 8.

WATCH OUT! THERE’S A DRAGON INCOMING!
With the live-action remake doing great business in cinemas worldwide at the moment, the animated sequel How To Train Your Dragon 2 flies in to take the ninth position this week.

CAPTAIN AMERICA IS ALMOST DOWN AND OUT!
Finally, Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World is almost out for the count, dropping to the tenth and final position in this week’s chart.

DEATH DOESN’T LIKE TO BE CHEATED ON PVOD!
This week sees the release of the horrific Final Destination: Bloodlines on PVOD. It is the sixth instalment in the Final Destination film series. The film stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana as a college student who inherits visions of a previous premonition that averted a deadly structural failure in 1968 from her dying grandmother and is warned that Death is coming for her family. Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Anna Lore, Brec Bassinger, and Tony Todd appear in supporting roles. Critics and audiences have loved the film, making it the highest-grossing chapter in the franchise’s history. If you’re a franchise fan or just fancy a good scare or two, rent the film for £15.99 or buy it early for £19.99.
