ALEXANDRE DESPLAT
Alexandre Desplat is now one of only four composers to create music for a film in the Jurassic franchise. John Williams famously composed the scores for both of Steven Spielberg’s original movies. Don Davis provided a notable score for Jurassic Park III, while the exceptional Michael Giacchino composed three impressive scores for Colin Trevorrow’s Jurassic World trilogy. And now, Desplat has crafted a soundtrack that pays homage to this beloved saga. However, if you’re still undecided, Back Lot Music has uploaded Alexandre Desplat’s score, which accompanies the Mosasaurus Boat Chase sequence, to YouTube. Get your first listen here.
