THE OFFICIAL UK TOP TEN

This week sees four re-entries hit the chart placings. And yet again, we have a brand new number one title. What could it be? Let’s get up, up and away as we find out!

(1) SUPERMAN

Superman (2025) takes the top spot for the very first time, marking a landmark moment for the beloved hero’s long cinematic legacy. This fresh reimagining follows a young Clark Kent as he comes to terms with his dual identity — the humble journalist from Smallville and the guardian of Metropolis. With striking visual effects, a sincere tone, and a deeply human portrayal of Superman’s inner struggle, the film balances epic action with themes of belonging, courage, and hope.

The film explores a world learning to coexist with resurrected prehistoric creatures after decades of genetic experimentation. Set against sweeping jungle vistas and state-of-the-art effects, Rebirth questions whether humanity has truly learned from its past mistakes, offering both thrills and moral reflection.
