Landman Pumps Up A Third Season Renewal At Paramount+

The hit series from Taylor Sheridan, Landman, has drilled down into the entertainment well. It secured a third-season renewal at Paramount+.

Paramount+ has officially renewed its hit original series LANDMAN for a third season. The second season of LANDMAN premiered on Sunday, November 16th. It is set to be among the top three original series for the week of November 17th. Additionally, it is expected to rank as a top-two series for the week of November 24th. This is based on preliminary Nielsen data.

From co-creator Taylor Sheridan, season two also struck viewership records for Paramount+. It achieved over 9.2 million streaming views for its premiere episode in the first two days on service. Views increased by +262% from the first season premiere. This made it the most-watched premiere for any original series for Paramount+. New episodes debut exclusively on Paramount+ each Sunday.

SEASON 2

As oil rises from the earth, so do secrets – and Tommy Norris’s (Thornton) breaking point may be closer than he realises. He is facing mounting pressure from M-Tex Oil, Cami Miller (Moore), and the shadow of his kin. Survival in West Texas isn’t noble – it’s brutal. And sooner or later something’s got to break.
