THE TOP TEN RUNDOWN

(2) SINNERS
Climbing two places to Number 2, Sinners continues its strong post-awards momentum. The Oscar-winning drama follows twin brothers returning to their Mississippi hometown in search of a fresh start, only to discover an even greater evil waiting to welcome them back — a haunting story of guilt, redemption, and the past that refuses to stay buried.

(3) ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER
Also on the rise, One Battle After Another moves up to Number 3. The sweeping action epic maintains its steady chart climb thanks to its large-scale spectacle and emotionally driven storytelling.

(8) HAMNET
Climbing one place to Number 8, Hamnet maintains momentum. The moving literary adaptation explores grief, family, and the emotional story behind Shakespeare’s inspiration with poetic sensitivity and strong performances.

(9) GOAT
Dropping slightly to Number 9, GOAT remains in the Top 10. The high-energy sports drama continues to resonate with audiences through its inspiring story of ambition, resilience, and the pursuit of greatness.

(10) APOLLO 13
Rounding out this week’s chart, Apollo 13 launches back into the Top 10, climbing 12 places following the Artemis II mission to Mars last week. Ron Howard’s acclaimed space-survival drama remains a gripping cinematic classic, retelling the tense real-life mission that captivated the world through a story of ingenuity, teamwork, and determination against the odds.

UNTIL NEXT WEEK
And that is that for this week’s official top ten countdown. As we progress towards the start of May and the real summer blockbuster content, we can expect to see some of the past few months’ big releases start to filter into the chart. Films like Primate, Reminders Of Him, and The Bride! are all starting to hit retail and PVOD, and we can expect to see them make an appearance over the coming weeks.

As for next week, anything is possible. There could be many new and returning titles, or we could see a stagnant week on the chart. So, until next time…
Whatever you decide, whatever you buy, stay safe, be kind, look after each other, and happy viewing!!
