Every Line Will Be Crossed this June as Scary Movie tells us this is some scuuuury s**t with the new poster. See it here before every line gets crossed!
Think of every horror movie from the past ten to fifteen years. Did they scare you? Are you still afraid of them? Not anymore! After twenty-four years away from the franchise they created, the Wayans brothers are back with Scary Movie. The film is the first film in the franchise in thirteen years. Not only are the Wayans back on producing and writing duties, but they are also starring in the movie. The new installment also includes the return of Anna Faris, Regina Hall, Jon Abrahams, Lochlyn Munro, Cheri Oteri, Dave Sheridan, Anthony Anderson, and Chris Elliott.
Spoofing all the horror movies we’ve come to love, including Halloween, Friday the 13th, Scream, M3gan, Sinners, The Substance, Weapons, Terrifier, Smile, Get Out, and Longlegs, the film looks to be a return to the vulgar, jaw-droppingly funny, gross, and totally non-woke style of the first two movies. And I’m all here for it! The film has unveiled its new poster. This is some scuuuury s**t! But first, check out the official trailer below.
THE PREMISE
Twenty-six years after outrunning a suspiciously familiar masked killer (“Ghostface”), the Core Four are back in the killer’s crosshairs, and no horror movie IP is safe. Marlon Wayans (“Shorty”), Shawn Wayans (“Ray”), Anna Faris (“Cindy”), and Regina Hall (“Brenda”) reunite in Scary Movie alongside returning favorites and fresh faces to slash through reboots, remakes, requels, prequels, sequels, spin-offs, elevated horror, origin stories, anything with the word legacy in it, and every “final chapter” that absolutely isn’t final. Nothing is sacred. No trope survives. Every line gets crossed. The Wayans are back to cancel the Cancel Culture.

Scary Movie will open in cinemas on June 5th
