Paramount Pictures has released the first trailer for The Angry Birds Movie 3, proving parenthood is a game-changer!
Paramount is ready to ruffle some feathers this Christmas. The studio has released our first look at The Angry Birds Movie 3, and it’s going to make the feathers fly! The long-awaited threequel is bringing the mayhem to UK cinemas on December 23, and it promises to be a banger! The latest adventure for the Angry Birds follows Red, who is now embracing the joys of parenthood. But with his history of volatile outbursts, can Red endure the burden of parenthood?

This holiday season, one angry bird will face his greatest challenge yet, surviving fatherhood… while saving the world!
CAST & CREATIVES
The cast brings together a large ensemble of comedy, digital, and rising-star talent. It includes Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Emma Myers, Rachel Bloom, Walker Scobell, Danny McBride, Marcello Hernández, Tim Robinson, Anna Cathcart, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Nikki Glaser, MrBeast, Salish Matter, Psalm West, Sam Richardson, and James Austin Johnson, with Lily James and Keke Palmer also featuring in key roles.
Behind the camera, the project also brings together a diverse production team. Key figures include Christopher Milburn, Thurop Van Orman, Crosby Clyse, Simon Hedges, Chris Pflug, Toru Nakahara, Ben Mattes, Hanna Valkeapää-Nokkala, Louis Koo, Don McGregor, Geneva Wasserman, and Paul Kang, each serving as an Executive Producer. John Cohen p.g.a., Dan Chuba, Carla Connor, and Namit Malhotra produce the film, with Cohen pulling double duty as the director.

We love an Angry Birds Movie, and the threequel looks like another fine addition to the franchise’s hilarious adventures. With its family-friendly story and broad appeal, the film is perfectly positioned for a festive release, arriving in cinemas just in time for the holiday season. Its late-December launch allows it to sidestep direct competition with heavyweight releases like Avengers: Doomsday and Dune: Part Three, giving Paramount a prime opportunity to attract family audiences looking for some light-hearted holiday entertainment.
Whether that strategy pays off remains to be seen, but The Angry Birds Movie 3 certainly has plenty going for it. Between its eye-catching animation, vibrant color palette, lovable characters, and crowd-pleasing sense of fun, it could prove to be one of the season’s biggest family hits.
