Paramount Pictures has unveiled an all-new poster for Johnny Depp’s Ebenezer, featuring a ghosted Scrooge!
We’re less than a month away from meeting Johnny Depp’s Ebenezer Scrooge, and the hype train has officially departed Dickensian London! Over the past few weeks, the studio has treated us to new trailers, behind-the-scenes featurettes, and even a special trailer reveal event in the heart of London’s Leicester Square. But the early Christmas presents aren’t stopping just yet, as the studio has unveiled an all-new poster for this festive reimagining of Charles Dickens’ timeless classic!
The striking new one-sheet puts the master of misfits himself, Johnny Depp, front and center in full Scrooge costume, with the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come looming around him. But while the previous posters embraced a more traditional Dickensian aesthetic, this latest artwork marches to the beat of a different drum. With bold typography, contrasting colors, and a rebellious, almost punk-rock edge, it gives the festive classic a fresh visual identity. Bah, humbug? Not a chance! Check out the new poster below!

Ti West has assembled a seriously impressive ensemble for his fresh take on Dickens’ timeless classic. Leading the charge is the legendary Johnny Depp, joined by an all-star cast that includes Rupert Grint, Andrea Riseborough, Sam Claflin, Daisy Ridley, Arthur Conti, Ellie Bamber, Henry Lloyd-Hughes, Charlie Murphy, Tramell Tillman, and the incomparable Ian McKellen. With a lineup like that, this adaptation is already shaping up to be one to watch.
West isn’t just calling the shots from the director’s chair, either. He’s also serving as an executive producer alongside David Reid, Adam Bohling, Stephen Deuters, Jason Forman, Pete Chiappetta, Anthony Tittanegro, and Andrew Lary, bringing together a powerhouse creative team behind the scenes as well as in front of the camera.
RELEASE
Personally, I cannot wait to see Johnny Depp’s take on Ebenezer Scrooge. The film looks sensational, just the pre-Christmas tonic the doctor ordered! The actor has brought some of Hollywood’s most memorable characters to life over the years, and his interpretation of Dickens’ infamous miser could be something truly special. Add a stellar ensemble cast, ambitious production values, and Ti West’s distinctive vision, and Ebenezer looks set to deliver a fresh, wonderfully bold spin on one of the most beloved Christmas stories of all time. Bring it on… Bah Humbug!
Ebenezer, starring the unconquerable Johnny Depp, brings the Christmas magic to cinemas on November 13.
