Warner Bros release an abundance of incredible new posters for The Meg
With just a few weeks to go until the release of The Meg, Warner Bros are firing up their promotional campaign by releasing a wealth of cool new posters for their big screen adaptation of Steve Alten’s revered novel.
The tale of a colossal Megalodon shark resurfacing from extinction has been touted as one of the biggest movies of the summer and with Jason Statham and Ruby Rose cast in prominent roles, the movie appears to have everything going for it. These new posters pay homage to the masterwork of Steven Spielberg’s iconic Jaws whilst preserving the essence of Steve Alten’s incredible story first showcased in his 1997 novel, Meg: A Novel of Deep Terror.

Anticipation for The Meg is building by the day and Warner Bros are moving quickly with their publicity campaign, and rightly so. The trailers have revealed some spectacular imagery which points to a roller coaster ride of deep terror when the movie arrives on our screens this August. But if you can’t wait that long for more aquatic terror – Steve Alten’s latest addition to the saga, Meg: Generations should be arriving on a bookshelf near you in the coming weeks.

It’s time to cancel those beach holiday plans folks.
