Our friendly neighbourhood wall-crawler is back in action and taking in the sights of Europe…
With the summer blockbuster season, fast approaching and Captain Marvel already dominating the worldwide box office, Marvel Studios is set to command our cinema screens for another year. We are just weeks away from the release of Marvel’s theatrical monster Avengers: Endgame which is sure to dominate the landscape for the foreseeable future and July will see the return of our friendly neighbourhood wall-crawler when Spider-Man: Far From Home swings into action.
In light of Thanos’ infamous finger snap at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, the return of our friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man was very much in doubt. At least on screen anyway. In reality, he has at least another two solo outings ahead of him and several high profile collaborations with the Avengers on the horizon.
The trailer for the next chapter in his solo career was an absolute triumph. Spider-Man is back and taking in the sights of Europe whilst his nemesis, Mysterio is using his mystic arts to combat a new threat to civilisation as we know it.
With excitement for Avengers: Endgame reaching its crescendo, Marvel Studios in collaboration with Sony Pictures has released three stunning new posters for Spider-Man: Far from Home which reveal the jet-set lifestyle of Peter Parker post-resurrection. Check them out and save them to your desktop below.
There is nothing quite like the visual beauty of Europe’s most historic cities with a superhero poised and ready for action. Spider-Man: Far From Home looks exceptionally brilliant and appears to be going the extra mile to surpass its predecessor Spider-Man: Homecoming in quality. Whether it can achieve its goal remains to be seen, however, given the beauty of these incredible images surely its a recipe for success.
Spider-Man: Far From Home swings into cinemas on July 2nd.
