Marvel Studios has unleashed a bevvy of awesome character posters for the mother of all movies…
In the words of the great Samuel L. Jackson, “Hold onto your butts!”
We are just under a month away from the mother of all sequels and Marvel Studios has unleashed a bevvy of fantastic character posters for Avengers Endgame which reveals the true cost of Thanos’ finger snap.
The finale of Infinity War was a heart-wrenching experience. Watching the heroes, we have adored for more than a decade fail so famously was bad enough but enduring the pain of watching many of them disintegrate into the ether was far worse. Fast forward a year, and we are just weeks away from the next chapter in the war against Thanos and earth’s mightiest heroes are duty bound to do whatever it takes to avenge the fallen.
The recent glut of teaser trailers and TV Spots have been enough to call every Marvel fan to arms, all of who are more than ready for the three-hour spectacular that Endgame promises to be. Confirmed at just over three hours long, Avengers Endgame is the longest Marvel movie ever made and is a shoo-in to claim its place on the podium as the biggest film of the summer.
With our excitement levels reaching a crescendo, Marvel Studios have stoked the flames of passion by unveiling a bevvy of character posters which remind us of the characters that survived…as well as the ones we lost in such tragic circumstances. Check them out below…but be warned, there are LOADS of them…
The one undeniable fact oozing from these stunning posters is that amongst the mayhem of Infinity War comes confirmation that Shuri was another off-screen casualty of Thanos’ finger snap. However, in direct contrast comes affirmation that Valkyrie DID survive and will return to line-up alongside her colleagues for the final battle against the mad titan in Endgame.
Can earth’s mightiest heroes prevail and restore our fallen icons to life? (Pay no attention to the recent Spider-Man: Far From Home Trailer which clearly shows our friendly neighbourhood wall-crawler alive and kicking.) Can the Avengers avenge the fallen? All will be revealed on April 26th.
Avengers assemble!
