Frozen 2 | The Past is Not What it Seems. The New Trailer Has Arrived!

Disney invites you to journey across the enchanted lands to discover the truth!

Six years after the worldwide smash hit Frozen arrived to change the face of animated movies forever, Disney has released the all-new trailer for the sequel which reveals a far greater mystery hidden in the darkest recesses of the past.

Frozen 2 | The Past is Not What it Seems. The New Trailer Has Arrived!

Elsa and her beloved sister Anna are tasked with undertaking a journey across the enchanted land and into the unknown to discover the true reason why Elsa was born with magical powers. The trailer doesn’t really reveal anything different to the teaser, but what it does succeed in doing is to reveal the scope of the adventure we can all look forward to sharing when the movie arrives this winter.

If that isn’t enough to have you screaming “Let it go” at the top of your lungs, Disney has also dropped a brand-new poster for us all to enjoy:

Here’s the synopsis:

Why was Elsa born with magical powers? The answer is calling her and threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, she’ll set out on a dangerous but remarkable journey. In “Frozen,” Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In “Frozen 2,” she must hope they are enough.

Disney is pulling out all the stops to ensure Frozen 2 arrives on our screens packed full of surprises. The adventure definitely appears to be much bigger in scale this time around and I, for one, cannot wait to share the ride with Elsa (Idina Menzel), Anna (Kristen Bell), Olaf (Josh Gad) and Kristoff (Jonathan Groff).

Frozen 2 is unleashed in cinemas on November 22nd.
