Get your first taste of Spidey action with Giacchino’s masterful follow up to his Homecoming score
With just over a week until the long-awaited release of Spider-Man: Far From Home, Marvel mania is about to continue thanks to Sony Music and a sample of Michael Giacchino‘s highly anticipated score from the movie. Giacchino produced a wonderfully orchestral score for Spider-Man‘s return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Homecoming and the composer appears to be hellbent on topping his last outing with another masterful suite for the sequel.

Combining several tracks from the movie’s score, the suite titled “Far From Home Suite Home” offers listeners a sample of what the complete score has to offer. Starting off with the familiar theme from Homecoming, the suite moves into a more emotional piece, all before exploding into adrenaline-pumping theme boasting echoes of Alan Silvestri’s Avengers: Endgame theme. Check it out:
The composer continues to bolster his impressive catalogue of triumphs following his glorious and acclaimed work on Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Jurassic World/Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Doctor Strange, The Incredibles, Coco, Up and the Star Trek Trilogy.
Can the master top his own work? We’ll all find out in just over a week.
Spider-Man: Far From Home swings into cinemas on July 2nd.
