Thomas joins the Endgame to review the glorious new Iron Patriot action figure from Hasbro’s Premium Marvel Legends line
The third wave of Marvel Legends from Avengers Endgame has finally been released in Europe! The wave includes 6 figures and the Build-A-Figure is Thor!
Since the release of the movie, fans have been pleading with the manufacturer for the Iron Patriot figure and we finally got it and it is absolutely gorgeous! This is how you do an armored figure, Hasbro! After the disappointment that is the MK-LXXXV figure, this one is a real joy!
You can see it’s plastic, there’s no comparison to be made with the quality of S.H. Figuarts but compared to other Marvel Legends figures, it holds up pretty well. Hasbro has chosen a vibrant metallic blue paint that works well. The silver and red paints are also pretty good. It doesn’t feel rubbish at all. And the paint apps are great! Even the eyes have correct paint apps!
Let’s just say, it’s a MASSIVE figure, in the movie you could see it was a big armor and Hasbro remained faithful to it.
There are two pairs of weapons that are detachable from the figure. It has 18 points of articulation.
