“It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way,” she said. “To be able to score the theme song to a film that is part of such a legendary series is a huge honour. James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I’m still in shock.”
It has been confirmed that Eilish has co-written the movie’s currently untitled theme song with her brother, Finneas O’Connell, who helped pen her mega-hit “Bad Guy”.
Joining Daniel Craig in his final Bond film are the returning Ralph Fiennes as ‘M’, Naomi Harris as Miss Moneypenny, Rory Kinnear as Bill Tanner, head of MI6, Ben Whishaw as ‘Q’, Jeffery Wright as Felix Leiter and Lea Seydoux as Dr Madeline Swann alongside newcomers to the franchise Rami Malek as the villain, ‘Safin’, Ana De Armas as Paloma, Lashana Lynch as Nomi and David Dencik as Waldo. Also making a welcome return is Christophe Waltz as Blofeld.
No Time To Die is distributed by Universal Pictures and will shoot its way into cinemas this April.
