
Mark Millar’s alternate Superman adventure comes to life in an all-new animated movie from Warner Bros. Animation
The next installment in the DC Animated Universe is arriving in stores soon! DC’s Superman: Red Son is coming to digital formats on February 25 and on 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray on March 17. The animated feature-length film is based on the Elseworlds story of the same name that was published in 2003 and written by Mark Millar. The story features an alternate universe where, instead of landing in Kansas, the spacecraft carrying the infant son of Krypton lands in the Soviet Union.
The feature is directed by Sam Liu and features Jason Isaacs in the titular role. Alongside Isaacs is the voice cast of Roger Craig Smith as Batman, Diedrich Bader as Lex Luthor, Amy Acker as Lois Lane, and Vanessa Marshall as Wonder Woman.
